English Primary Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and helping students develop their language skills. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting students in their academic journey. The English Teacher will work closely with students of various backgrounds and abilities, including those with special educational needs.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create engaging instructional materials to enhance student learning.
• Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Mentor students individually and in groups to promote their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and educational initiatives.
• Support students with special education needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline while promoting a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

Experience
• Proven experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is preferred.
• Background in education administration or related fields is advantageous.
• Experience working with children, particularly in childcare or educational settings.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of teaching methods for students with special needs, including autism, is highly desirable.
• Ability to integrate math concepts into English instruction when appropriate.
