Responsibilities: Leadership and MentoringProvide technical leadership, mentor other developers and drive technical excellence by contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Identify opportunities to improve the development workflow, tooling and processes.Development and ImplementationFull stack development with a focus on writing clean, efficient and reusable code, focusing on both user experience and application performance.Collaboration and CommunicationWork closely with the various members of the team (Engineering Manager, Product Management, Developers, Automation etc) to deliver high-quality products and services. Requirements: BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.8+ year experience in software development.Proven experience with both front-end technologies (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, etc) and back-end technologies (Node.js, NestJS, OpenSearch/Elastic Search, Postgres, NX Monorepo etc).Strong computer science background.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure preferred).Solid knowledge of Programming methodologies and design patterns.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.Strong problem solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, high-quality code. Nice to Have: Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies and related tools (Azure DevOps).Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation packages.Experience with Jest
