As an Engineering Manager, you will: • Lead and manage a product engineering team with a clear focus on delivery, ownership, and impact • Ensure the team delivers high-quality software on time, with scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture • Support engineers through mentorship, coaching, and career development — helping each person grow and succeed • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineering teams to align on goals and ensure successful execution • Foster a team culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement • Establish and refine engineering processes that improve delivery speed, system reliability, and team autonomy • Contribute to technical discussions and decisions, ensuring technical context and system thinking are always present • Partner with the Director of Engineering and other Engineering Leaders to shape org-wide practices and team-level performance standards This offer from "Hostaway" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 77% flex score.
