The Role_// We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a maternity leave for 6 to 12 months. You’ll step into an established team, providing continuity in leadership, delivery, and team development during this period.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance delivery, people management, and cross-functional collaboration.
