You’ll work closely with Product to set goals, define strategy, and ensure high-quality execution to drive real business impact.What you’ll doLead your squad’s technological strategy and define its tech agendaLead and promote adoption of Dev AI tools in your teamSupport the professional and personal growth of your teamOwn and run bi-weekly sprints and quarterly planningEncourage a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementCollaborate with Product to drive alignment and deliver on OKRsWhat you’ll need2+ years of experience as an engineering manager or team lead5+ years as a backend or full-stack developerNode, Nest.js, TypeScript, an advantageProven experience with high-scale, production-grade systemsEnthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our cultureStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related fieldProven contributions to open-source projects, a bonusAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
