At this time, we can only support hiring within North America for this role.What you'll doSupport and develop a small team of engineers through regular feedback, mentoring, and coachingCollaborate with design, product, and founders to scope, prioritize, and deliver projectsFacilitate planning and execution across projects while helping engineers stay unblocked and focusedEnsure code quality and system reliability through reviews, architecture input, and operational excellenceAdvocate for and contribute to a strong engineering culture centered on ownership, curiosity, and collaborationHelp define and evolve our engineering practices, hiring standards, and team processes as we growTechReact frontend with Styled Components, utilizing hooks for the composability of functionalityProprietary data synchronization library built for speed and offline support.
