Apply now and help shape the future of fintech!The RoleAs an Engineering lead, you will help define and implement our team’s engineering strategy which will include leading the selection and rollout of patterns and frameworks across the emerging Core Banking Yield squad. The role includes both people & technical responsibilities, and you’ll be responsible for both the product delivery & overall health of the Engineering Team.As a team, we own the client investment & settlement workflows (signup, investment, redemption), reconciliation control, unit registry / investment ledger and integration rails with our investment providers.About youHave experience leading a team engineers whilst remaining hands on.Have experience solving distributed systems challenges - scalability, consistency, latency.Enjoy engaging in collaborative multi-functional teams.Mastery of backend technologies is essential.
