Engineering Intern - Clients' Support

We are looking for an Engineering Intern to coordinate and work in PackIOT ​​Support Area, supporting customers around the world in the transition to Industry 4.0, helping them to: resolve issues with our products or services, providing them with additional information about our products, direct them to valuable resources and training material.Who you areYou are an undergraduate student of production engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related.Self-motivated and able to plan own workStrong critical thinking, analytical and process-oriented mindset, and complex problem-solving skillsComfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environmentYou have a great sense of curiosity and do need to see the big picture to bring more value to the team, as opposed to having just a well-defined set of tasks.Possess strong verbal and written communication skillsAble to suggest ideas and give effective presentationsSelf-starter who can learn quickly and adapt to a fast-growing organizationA drive to learn and master new technologies and techniquesYou are interested in manufacturing, technology, and startupsIntermediate to Advanced English level
Your impact and responsibilitiesCoordinate Support Area and Support Dashboard, controlling and maintaining key indicatorsReports generation with key indicators and presentation to PackIOT teamCreating and directing tickets to the team in a clear and timely mannerAlignment of Support Area with PackIOT teams and leadersConstant improvement of Support Area, with optimization in overview and organization of the area's processSupport Tickets resolution (depending on technical expertise)
It will give you some extras pointsFluent in English and PortugueseExperience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (SQL, Python, etc.)Experience (interest) with SCADA or IIoT platforms, cloud services such as AWS, DevOps for OT, Containers, and Linux Operating SystemsKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Agile methodologiesExperience with project management/CRM software and G-Suite Tools
