Engineering Business Manager/ Civil Sales Engineer
Title: Engineering Business Manager Location: Remote - MUST LIVE in: Oklahoma or Arkansas (Preferred: Bentonville or Fayetteville) Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire Base Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 + 65% Bonus + Full Benefits Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering, • 5-10+ years of experience within engineering pertaining to design, specification's, bidding, technical reports, etc. • Experience/Exposure within sales, marketing, or business development within an engineering capacity (or eagerness to dive into this) Nice to have: • PE License • Experience with local DOTs Day-to-Day: A client of Insight Global's is looking for an Engineering Business Manager to join their Engineering Business Manager team. This individual must live in Oklahoma or Arkansas as they will spearhead this market in business development, marketing, sales, profitability, and overall product development for geotextiles, erosion control, and roadway products. Overall, this individual will be the "face" to engineers, regulatory agencies, distribution customers, the contracting community, and the transportation industry as whole. This individual will work remotely but will be traveling up to a max of 50% travel. A typical day could entail doing promotions for the company, driving business by meeting engineers, conducting lunch presentations, and creating business plans for key influencers. Apply tot his job
