They are seeking qualified Entry-Level Engineers to join their HVAC and Plumbing & Fire Protection departments, providing an opportunity to work on diverse projects while collaborating with experienced professionals. Responsibilities Complete tasks on fit-out, base building, and infrastructure upgrade projects Assemble riser diagrams, schedules, and floor plans Assist in planning and coordination of major distribution systems, equipment rooms, closets, shafts, and risers Review shop drawings and perform site visits and punch lists under senior supervision Design HVAC systems including distribution, recirculation, and exhaust Design plumbing systems including water, gas, and waste distribution Work on facility utilities such as chilled water, heating water, steam, and condensate Lay out sprinkler systems and perform basic calculations for pipe sizing, design densities, and pump horsepower Skills Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (by Summer 2026) Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment Interest in building systems, sustainability, and innovative design Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including 401k employer match and stock options Paid time off (PTO), volunteer program and employee resource groups Training and professional development courses through JB&B University Company Overview Jaros, Baum & Bolles is an engineering company that provides HVAC, fire protection, and telecom solutions.
