Develop and maintain web applications for Geico Auto Insurance using full stack development techniques.
Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to design, code, and implement user-friendly and efficient web experiences.
Continuously improve and optimize existing web applications to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues that arise within web applications, ensuring timely resolution.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the development process.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Write clean, modular, and scalable code that meets coding standards and adheres to company policies.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on all web applications to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate web applications with other systems and platforms.
Mentor and support junior developers, providing guidance and technical expertise as needed.
