We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Engineer – Global Loyalty & Benefits to join the American Express family. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to develop and manage a suite of loyalty and benefits programs for customers across the globe.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically. Responsibilities:
Develop and manage loyalty and benefits programs for customers across the globe.
Analyze customer data and feedback to ensure loyalty and benefits programs are successful.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide updates on progress and performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of loyalty and benefits programs.
Create and implement strategies for loyalty and benefits programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure global alignment on loyalty and benefits program goals.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage budget and resources for loyalty and benefits programs.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure programs remain competitive and relevant.
