Engineer 1

We’re looking for an Engineer 1) to join our team and contribute to the design of high-quality, cost-effective, and structurally sound Pre-Engineered Metal Building components . If you have a passion for engineering, attention to detail, and want to work in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you! What you’ll do: Design metal building components and systems in compliance with codes, specifications, and company procedures. Perform engineering calculations and prepare technical sketches. Use AutoCAD and company software to develop efficient, cost-effective designs. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to solve technical issues. Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing, reduce costs, and maximize customer value. Manage schedules to ensure timely product delivery. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or less than 1 year to graduate). Experience : Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. Language : Fluent English (verbal and written). Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong understanding of structural design principles. Ability to apply industry and company standards effectively. Desirable Qualifications Working knowledge of structural design codes: AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers), IBC (International Building Code). Experience in steel structure design and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings. 1–2 years of related engineering experience. Proficiency or working knowledge of: RAM, SAP2000, ETABS, MATHCAD, Adobe Acrobat .
