Encompass Administrator (Systems Analyst)

Our Client is a Denver based, Top-tier national mortgage company and is seeking an experienced Encompass Administrator. Super cool company culture, servant based leadership. This position will based in Denver, Remote OK.

Experience

Minimum Requirements (Must have)
• Prefer degree in IT or similar field
• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Demonstrated experience with analytical research, critical thinking, problem solving, and making solid business decisions
• Demonstrated experience reporting, analyzing, interpreting, and researching information
• Demonstrated experience communicating with all levels of management
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to deadlines
• 2+ years of experience with Encompass

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Basic knowledge with mortgage loan process, current mortgage lending laws and regulations, mortgage loan documentation loans requirements, and mortgage loan terminology
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong computer skills, overall technical aptitude and ability to quickly gain proficiency in new programs utilized by the lending department
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to properly safeguard confidential information
• Well-developed ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills are essential
• Ability to consistently and effectively make evaluative judgments.

Essential Functions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for questions, issue resolution, and root cause analysis related to all mortgage software applications, including Encompass, CRM and other software. Manage requests from internal users while troubleshooting basic issues in a timely manner and escalating to tech support or Senior System Analyst as needed.
• Apply knowledge of the company’s business model and prescribed system configuration to satisfy all end user needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Lending processes, procedures, and guidelines such as industry compliance and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with Mortgage Lending Management to support the business.
• Provide support as needed to enhance system efficiency and productivity, modify existing processes, review release notes, and test new processes.
• Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression, and regulatory compliance as requested by each business group.
• Work collaboratively with Mortgage Lending management teams to determine process or procedure improvements that could help streamline or automate processes.
• Work closely with Mortgage Lending Management team to prepare, test, and implement system enhancements or releases.
• Implement prescribed system enhancements.
• Manage Views and Dashboards for Management team and end users to better manage the pipelines, workflows, personas user groups, efolder setup, loan templates, adding and disabling users as necessary.
• Create, maintain and deploy reports to support the goals and objectives for Mortgage Lending
• Track and report system issues and defects.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
• Maintain strict adherence and compliance to all laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls specific to your role.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
