This is a contract role that requires reliability, professionalism, and accurate documentation. This is not a traditional hourly employee position. You operate independently, set your own availability, and are compensated per service delivered. Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one employment readiness coaching • Support clients with resumes, interviews, and workplace skills • Offer onsite or virtual job coaching as needed • Communicate professionally with employers when supporting clients • Maintain accurate notes and submit documentation on time • Uphold Career Focus’s standards in conduct, service, and communication Who We’re Looking For • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently without daily supervision • Experience in education, coaching, human services, or related fields (preferred but not required) • Professional presence and strong follow-through • Reliable transportation • Must carry contractor insurance (general liability + auto) Compensation This is a 1099 contractor role with competitive per-service pay.
