Location: 100% remote in California Base Salary Range: $140k-$160k/year + bonuses (target total compensation of $250k/year range) Why join us? • Excellent compensation package with unlimited earning potential • Comprehensive benefits package • 100% remote schedule • Technology-driven firm Job Details What You’ll Do: • Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment. • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems. • Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial. • Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact. • Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance. • Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients. • Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight. Requirements: • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. • 5+ years of experience in employment litigation. • Superb research, writing, and analytical ability. • Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team. • Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.
