Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Employment Immigration Attorney to provide expert legal guidance and representation in various immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employment-based immigration, particularly in areas such as EB, National Interest Waivers, EB1A, and O1, with experience in healthcare and physician-related immigration cases.
Key Responsibilities
⢠Provide legal advice and representation to clients in employment-based immigration matters.
⢠Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including EB, NIW, EB1A, and O1 cases.
⢠Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation and immigration history.
⢠Draft complex legal documents and correspondence related to immigration applications and status.
⢠Stay updated on immigration laws and policies affecting employment-based immigration.
⢠Assist clients in navigating the immigration process, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
⢠Collaborate with other legal professionals and stakeholders to support client needs.
Qualifications
⢠Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
⢠Active bar membership in good standing.
⢠Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on employment-based cases.
⢠Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures, particularly in EB, NIW, EB1A, and O1 categories.
⢠Experience working with healthcare professionals and physicians is preferred.
⢠Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
⢠Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases effectively.
