Employment Attorney - Palm Springs, CA - Remote, CA
Position Title: Employment Attorney Position Type: Full-Time, Benefited Compensation: $110,000 - $300,000 DOE Culture: Diverse, Inclusive, Collaborative, Team Oriented, Supportive, Welcoming Location: Remote in California Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings on employment-related disputes including claims involving wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, wrongful discharge and trade secret/restrictive covenants • Provide strategic legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including litigation, compliance, workplace policies, and risk management • Grow your existing book of business while fostering new client relationships • Manage and mentor associates and senior counsel within the firm, providing guidance on case strategy, business and professional development, and legal best practices • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to support firm-wide labor and employment initiatives • Participate in firm events and business development activities, including our annual California Law Summit, monthly webinars and blogs.
