About the position
The Employment Attorney position at Robert Half involves providing expert legal support to clients on various labor and employment issues. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with a growing boutique employment firm based in Orange County, California.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide expert legal support to clients on various labor and employment issues such as employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and workplace harassment.

ā¢ Regularly update clients on case progress and develop strategies to effectively respond to legal issues.

ā¢ Draft, revise, and finalize various legal documents including employment policies, contracts, severance agreements, etc.
,
ā¢ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal employment laws and advise clients accordingly.
Requirements
ā¢ Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
,
ā¢ Active member in good standing with the California Bar.
,
ā¢ At least 3 years of experience in litigation, major plus for employment law!

ā¢ Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
