Your Role at KIK KIK’s Employment and Litigation Support Counsel serves as the strategic legal advisor to the Human Resources team and implements the cost-effective resolution of labor and employment claims and grievances as well as general and products liability claims. The lawyer will provide practical guidance on employment legal matters to a multi-location manufacturing, sales, and distribution operation located in the US and Canada, Europe, South Africa, and ANZAC. The lawyer also will drive the timely resolution of claims, implementing handling procedures and developing lessons learned to improve the company’s claims experience.
