Joining BrowserStack means being part of a mission-driven team dedicated to shaping the future of software testing.Location: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates residing anywhere in India.Role in a nutshell:An experienced HR professional with more than 10 years in Employee Relations, skilled in handling complex workplace issues and supporting a culture of fairness, trust and compliance. Known for sound judgment, data-driven decisions and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders to support a healthy and compliant work environment.Desired experience:10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years focused on ER and 3+ years in an HRBP/Generalist capacity.Strategic Oversight: Proven track record in managing large-scale audit programs and strengthening HR operations through rigorous compliance reviews.Process Excellence: Demonstrated ability to draft and implement SOPs that improve efficiency and mitigate legal risks.Integrity & Maturity: Unique emotional maturity and the ability to act as a culture champion in sensitive situations.Scale: Hands-on experience supporting a workforce of up to 2,000 employees.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
