Employee Equity Plans Specialist
Computershare is a global leader in financial administration, and they are seeking an Employee Equity Plans Specialist to join their Global Core Operations Team. The role involves processing Employee Equity Plans transactions and collaborating with teams to ensure service delivery within defined guidelines. Responsibilities Process participant/client transactions in support of Employee Plans transactions including but not limited to: Daily Proof Settlement Processing Disbursement Processing Incoming Cash monitoring Review/Release Client Wires Monitor market transactions Process Batch Trades Daily Share Settlement Processing Review/clear exception items related to rejected transactions, out-of-proof conditions, aged cash/share items and client inquiries including but not limited to: Monitor Issuance Rejects Balance Nominee Accounts Tie out daily Trade Activity Monitor Daily Disbursement Rejects End of Day Reconciliation of all Incoming Cash Monitor Trading Accounts Research & Resolve aged items, partner with Reconciliation Team Work with client management team as needed to determine disposition of any unidentified transactions Skills Financial Services background Strong written and verbal communication skills Advance level knowledge/use of Microsoft Excel required Ability to work independently, self-motivated Strong attention to detail Technical skills SQL Experience Benefits Paid parental leave Health and well-being rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including paid time off, observed holidays, medical, dental and vision plans 401k matching, setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter Short and long-term disability benefits Life insurance and supplemental life insurance Company Overview Welcome to a world of potential Computershare can genuinely be considered an Australian success story.
