Employee Benefits Ancillary Analyst I

The Employee Benefits Ancillary Analyst I will analyze information and create financial and marketing deliverables for ancillary coverages of smaller clients, focusing on dental, vision, life AD&D, disability, and worksite benefits. Responsibilities Responsible for ancillary financial analytics for clients that are primarily under 300 lives Prepare standard analyses with minimal customization. Analyses may include: Market review analysis Rate and contribution analysis Financial, contractual, and rate comparisons and analysis Analyze claims experience data. With guidance identify financial performance conclusions Help drive USI’s panel carrier strategy and process Manage RFP workload for less complex clients. Support senior team members Serve as primary contact with insurance carriers on new business quotes and renewals.
