? Competitive Pay: 27.72-27.72-39.60/hr (based on experience)
? 5+ years: $33/hr
? 10+ years: $36.30/hr
? 15+ years: $39.60/hr
? Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)
? Flexible Scheduling: Shifts tailored to fit your work-life balance
What You'll Do:
? Provide rapid, compassionate care to patients of all ages (minor injuries to critical conditions)
? Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced ER setting
? Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for seamless care
? Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
? Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and referrals
What We're Looking For:
? Experience: 1+ year of recent acute care ER RN experience (required)
? Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma
? Licensure: Active FL RN license (or multistate compact license)
? Certifications:
? BLS (required before start)
? ACLS & PALS (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
? Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of hire)
