Customers include leading automotive, aerospace, mobile, automation, and semiconductor companies.Position Overview:As Embedded Systems Technical Sales Manager – Western USA, you will drive sales and customer relationships across the Western region. This is a highly technical, client-facing role where you will combine sales expertise with embedded systems knowledge to expand Lauterbach’s footprint in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and commercial support to customersPresent and demonstrate embedded debug and trace productsPrepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotationsPlan and attend industry trade fairs and exhibitionsInitiate and develop new customer relationships and long-term partnershipsExpand business into new sectors and marketsCollaborate closely with sales and marketing teams at headquartersRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or related fieldStrong knowledge of hardware-related software (mandatory)Previous experience in technical salesFamiliarity with embedded debuggers (preferred)Experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 systems (a plus)Excellent communication skills in EnglishWillingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to GermanyAbility to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detailOTE (On-Target Earnings): based on experience , 50/50 split between fixed salary and commissionHealth, dental, and 401(k) included Base salary + commission structure , Paid vacation and sick leave ,Comprehensive disability & liability insurance Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
