Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Embedded Software Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and ongoing support of cutting-edge Linux-based vehicle tuning products. This position will collaborate across multiple teams to drive the creation and maintenance of both current and next-generation technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for vehicle tuning products.
Ā Implement low-level hardware features such as USB, WiFi/BLE, and LEDs.
Ā Develop and integrate OEM standard protocols including ISO14229, TP 2.0, and KWP2000.
Ā Utilize standard communication buses and protocols such as Ethernet, CAN, SPI, and UART.
Ā Create and sustain APIs for existing user interfaces.
Ā Debug and resolve issues in existing products to meet customer expectations.
Ā Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement system-wide solutions.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Ā Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ā 2+ years of experience in embedded software development.
Ā Proficient in C, C++ programming.
Ā Experience with Linux operating systems and tools (command-line, shell scripting, etc.)
Ā Experience with Ethernet and CAN communication protocols.
Ā Familiarity with XML, JSON, and version control systems (GIT/SVN).
Ā Experience with Azure and cloud-based development tools.
Ā Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ā Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Enthusiastic about learning and tackling new challenges.
