Email Template Designer + Copywriter (Klaviyo, Ecommerce)

About the Role We are an established ecommerce brand looking for one highly skilled individual who can both design email templates and write the copy inside them, specifically inside Klaviyo. This is not a general email marketing role. This is not an automation or lifecycle strategy role. We are looking for someone who: • Has strong visual taste • Understands typography, spacing, and hierarchy • Can write clear, on-brand, conversion-focused copy • Can build reusable, clean email templates inside Klaviyo What You Will Be Responsible For • Designing email templates optimized for desktop + mobile (reusable systems, not one-offs) • Writing the actual email copy inside those designs • Building templates directly in Klaviyo • Maintaining consistent brand look and voice What This Role Is NOT Please do not apply if: • You primarily focus on automation, flows, or strategy • You only design in Canva or Figma • You only write copy and outsource design (or vice versa) • You rely heavily on AI-generated copy • You are an agency (we need 1 single qualified individual) • You cannot show real Klaviyo email examples Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) To be considered, you must provide examples of at least 3 real emails you personally: • Designed • Wrote the copy for • Built inside Klaviyo (or HTML used in Klaviyo) • Please also include a brief explanation of your role in creating each email • Please indicate which other ecommerce brands you have designed marketing emails for Applications without real examples will be automatically rejected.
