Email Marketing Specialist (Mailchimp) for B2B Hospitality Equipment Business
We’re a long-established hospitality equipment and supplies business based in Australia, and we’re looking for a reliable Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our weekly campaigns.
This is not a one-off project - we’re looking for someone to work with consistently each week to build, design, and schedule our email campaigns.
Our audience includes cafés, restaurants, pubs, schools, and healthcare facilities, so the content needs to be clear, practical, and easy to scan for busy business owners.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Creating 1–2 email campaigns per week in Mailchimp
• Designing clean, simple layouts (product tiles, banners, sections)
• Writing short, clear copy (subject lines, product blurbs, CTAs)
• Structuring emails so they are easy to read and action
• Scheduling campaigns and setting up resend-to-non-openers
• Following a basic weekly content plan (provided by us)
The Style We’re After:
• Clean, modern, and easy to scan
• Not overly “designed” or cluttered
• Product-focused and practical
• Similar to eCommerce or wholesale-style emails (not blog-heavy)
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Have experience building emails in Mailchimp (or similar platforms)
• Understand how to structure emails for engagement and clicks
• Can balance simple design + clear copy (not just one or the other)
• Are reliable and can work to a weekly rhythm
• Communicate clearly and don’t need constant direction
Bonus if you have experience with:
• Hospitality, foodservice, or wholesale businesses
• Product-based or B2B email marketing

• A simple brief (theme, products, or focus)
• Any links or key info needed
You’ll take that and:
• Build the email
• Send for approval
• Schedule once approved
