I’m looking for an experienced email marketer who understands real estate and pre-construction projects. This role involves planning, writing, and sending high-converting emails that lead to booked calls and meetings. Responsibilities Create email newsletters featuring new projects, incentives, updates, and opportunities. Write conversion-focused email sequences (welcome, nurture, follow-up, project-specific). Plan a clear email strategy and content calendar. Turn project information into engaging, trust-building copy. Work inside Mailchimp or GoHighLevel (experience with either is a bonus). Requirements Strong experience in real estate email marketing or a similar high-conversion niche. Deep understanding of buyer psychology and what makes people book appointments. Ability to take initiative and suggest email ideas, angles, and sequences. Clean, persuasive writing style with high attention to detail.
