Email Marketing Specialist
About Us: Rivera Consulting Group, Inc. is a leading professional services company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions, as a component of our contract to the US ARMY Enterprise Marketing Office, AEMO.
Rivera Consulting Group is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to support national-level marketing campaigns in partnership with the U.S. Army Enterprise Marketing Office (AEMO).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is interested in learning marketing automation, campaign execution, and data-driven marketing strategies. Training and support will be provided.
What You’ll Do
• Assist in building and deploying email marketing campaigns
• Help manage email lists, audience segments, and campaign data
• Support creation and editing of email templates
• Apply tracking links and assist with campaign setup
• Help build landing pages and basic campaign assets
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting
• Support SMS/text campaigns
• Assist with inbox monitoring (opt-outs, responses, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with e-mail marketing, communications, or related field
• Basic understanding of email marketing or digital marketing concepts
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship required
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Pega, Aprimo/Terdata, ExactTarget, or similiar tools.
• Experience with Excel, analytics, or reporting
• Exposure to design tools like Canva or Photoshop
• HTML/CSS coding experience
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with Javascript and SQL
