We’re seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to design and optimize data-driven campaigns that attract and convert qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute email lead-generation campaigns (email, automation, and other outbound tactics). • Create and run cold email campaigns to generate leads. • Build and segment prospect lists and manage CRM workflows. • Monitor campaign metrics, report on performance, and provide actionable insights. • Collaborate with the team to refine growth strategies and improve conversion rates. • Implement marketing automation best practices to ensure scalability.
