This role combines creative flair with analytical skill — you’ll design, write, and optimize campaigns that reflect our brand’s visual and strategic DNA while generating measurable results. ### Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for clients and internal initiatives that align with each brand’s design language. - Create engaging copy and visual layouts that embody brand identity and tone. - Build automated email flows and segmentation strategies to improve CTR, open rates, and conversions. - Collaborate with designers and brand strategists to ensure visual and verbal consistency. - Analyze campaign performance using tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms. - Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content design, and timing. - Manage contact lists and ensure compliance with GDPR and local privacy laws. - Research and deploy emerging trends in email design, personalization, and automation. ### Requirements - 2–4 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a design, creative, or lifestyle brand context. - Strong grasp of brand storytelling, tone, and aesthetics. - Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar). - Basic design and layout knowledge (Figma, Canva, or Adobe tools a plus). - Comfort with data analysis and reporting. - Highly organized with a proactive, creative mindset. ### What We Offer - Opportunity to shape brand identities through creative, high-impact campaigns. - Collaborative, design-led working culture.
