Our client, an e-commerce software platform in the healthcare space, is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join the team.Your Contribution:
Were looking for an experienced and strategic Email Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team in Austin. In this role, youll take ownership of our email marketing program, creating and optimizing campaigns that engage healthcare professionals at every stage of the customer journey.You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver timely, relevant, and high-converting communications that drive product adoption, retention, and revenue.Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns, from onboarding and engagement to reactivation and retention.
Own the email process end-to-end: strategy, content, segmentation, testing, execution, and reporting.
Design and implement email workflows to support sales cadences and partner closely with the Sales team to ensure consistent messaging across the funnel.
Create and manage customer promotional and expansion email campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and increased product adoption.
Develop and manage automated email journeys aligned with user behavior, lifecycle stage, and business goals.
Collaborate with design and copy teams to create on-brand, compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and report insights to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure compliance with email best practices, including deliverability and data hygiene.
Stay current on email marketing trends and identify opportunities to innovate and improve.

Strong project management and organizational skills
Hands-on collaborator that works well in teams and cross-functionally
An avid learner who is as excited about tests and experiments as much as wins and results
A strong interest in understanding the customer and delivering a highly engaging and tailored experience
Strong attention to detail, time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Interest in start-ups, technology, and / or healthcare
Required:
A bachelors degree and strong marketing background
3 to 6 years of total professional experience
2+ years of email marketing experience
Experience and interest in marketing to small businesses
Company working hours are 8am-5pm CT
Based in Austin, TX
Hybrid work schedule - Monday to Thursday in office and Friday remote
