We’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Assistant to support lifecycle and partner marketing campaigns for a fast-moving team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly operational, comfortable working inside ESPs, and eager to grow into performance insights and optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Email Marketing Assistant, you’ll support campaign execution from setup to launch, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with client directives.
Core Responsibilities
✔ Set up and execute email drip campaigns and automated workflows
✔ Update creative and copy within existing automations to power A/B tests
✔ Launch email and push campaigns for partner marketing teams
✔ Assist with weekly campaign reporting using provided dashboards
✔ QA email flows, triggers, and targeting prior to launch
✔ Optimize or pause campaigns based on client direction
✔ Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
You’re a strong fit if you have:
3+ years of advanced experience with CRM / Email Service Providers (ESP)
Proven experience building both automated workflows and one-off email campaigns
Hands-on experience with end-to-end email marketing execution
Comfortable using Slack for daily internal communication
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow campaign instructions precisely
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills (Highly Valued)
These aren’t required—but they’ll help you stand out:
⭐ Braze experience — HUGE PLUS
⭐ 1+ year experience using Asana or similar project management tools
⭐ Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
⭐ Tableau experience
⭐ Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or API integrations
