Email Marketing and SMS Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a Email & SMS Specialist with deep experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and Klaviyo to help manage the email marketing and SMS strategy for an e-commerce brand. Your primary goal will be to consistently improve ROI from email marketing efforts. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. Responsibilities • Manage, plan, and oversee all Klaviyo emails + SMS flows, consistently A/B testing and iterating for performance optimization • Strategize, develop and execute monthly email/SMS and content calendars for campaigns • Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics, regularly presenting data to the internal team • Track email performance on a regular basis and identify opportunities for improvement • Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • 3+ years managing e-commerce emails in Klaviyo and email/SMS marketing strategies • Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills • Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection • Ability to work in US time zone zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) • Previous experience working the overnight shift Benefits • Competitive pay, always in US dollars • Work remotely from the comfort of your home • Health & wellness benefit • Paid holidays and time off • Performance and referral bonuses • Global exposure to the world’s best companies
