Job Description We are seeking an experienced Freelance Part-Time Email Marketing Analyst / Manager to join our team at Expanish. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that engage our audiences and drive conversions. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create impactful campaigns that support student recruitment, retention, and brand awareness. Mastery of HubSpot is required, as it is the core platform we use to manage our campaigns, workflows, and reporting. Responsibilities Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. Segment audiences and manage contact lists to ensure relevant, targeted communications. Create and optimize automated workflows, nurturing campaigns, and newsletters. Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and provide actionable insights. Perform A/B testing to continually improve email effectiveness. Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR and best practices for deliverability. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling copy and visuals. Report regularly on results, ROI, and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in the education or services sector. Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (campaigns, workflows, reporting, segmentation) – mandatory . Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics. Excellent copywriting and attention to detail. Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including automation and deliverability. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
