11 months, possibility of extension Position Overview The Enterprise Messaging Designer/Developer is responsible for the HTML coding and development of responsive email campaigns. This role involves producing technically accurate files, building proficiency within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and partnering with creative teams to execute high-volume messaging strategies. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert to influence channel decisions and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and code responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and email coding best practices. Ensure all files are clean, technically accurate, and optimized for performance. Build, navigate, and execute email campaigns within Content Builder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESPs). Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop and maintain email templates. Align creative development with company and Line of Business (LOB) strategies. Serve as a proactive subject matter expert to influence technical and strategic decisions. Manage numerous projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a demanding environment. Maintain clear communication with business partners, team members, and technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in an email-specific design or development role. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, Figma, and Mac-based Dreamweaver. Hands-on experience with Movable Ink and Litmus Builder. Expert understanding of email-specific code requirements and rendering across mobile, web-based, and desktop clients. Solid skills in email-specific UI, UX, and interaction design. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Functional understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP architectures. Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to recommend channel strategies. Proven ability to self-manage deadlines across multiple concurrent projects. Technical Requirements HTML & CSS
