Email Designer (Full-Time) – Create 8 Email Designs/Day | Long-Term Role - Contract to Hire

We are a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency looking for a full-time Email Designer who can create high-quality, brand-aligned designs that convert. This is a long-term position for someone who understands design psychology, brand identity, and how to structure emails that get clicks and sales. Overview Create 8 email designs per day 40 hours per week (full-time, remote) Work closely with our strategist, copywriter, and account manager Must understand design principles + how to hold attention & drive conversions Must be able to replicate brand tone & identity accurately Salary: $500/month Manage 7–8 clients Responsibilities Design 8 high-quality email creatives daily Maintain consistent branding across all clients Follow proven email design strategies (above-the-fold CTAs, hierarchy, spacing, consistency, etc.) Collaborate closely with the internal team Understand and implement feedback quickly Follow SOPs and meet daily deadlines Take instructions well and ensure accuracy Qualifications You must have: Strong English communication skills Deep experience with email design strategy Ability to analyze a brand and design emails that match its tone/identity A portfolio showing clean, modern, high-performing email designs At least 1 year of email design experience (eCommerce preferred) Understanding of: Layout and visual hierarchy CTA placement Readability and spacing Color psychology Mobile-first design Design clarity and simplicity We will require a short evaluation: Review your portfolio to check design quality & brand alignment If approved, you'll be placed on a 4-day paid trial Apply tot his job
