Title Email Designer for NYC “Affordable Luxury” Venue (3-Email Campaign in Go High Level) Description We’re looking for an email designer to build a short campaign for a landmark New York City venue used for weddings, events, and film/TV shoots. The venue is part of a growing portfolio of landmark New York City venues. Vibe: “affordable luxury” with a slightly irreverent edge (stylish, fun, not stiff). We already have a time-limited special offer and will provide the core copy. Your focus is design and layout; light copy suggestions are welcome but not required. The campaign will be built and launched in Go High Level, so experience with Go High Level (or very similar ESPs) is important. Phase 1 – Initial Project • Design 3 emails (iterations of one core campaign) in Go High Level • Use our existing copy, logo, photos, and brand direction • Audience: pre-existing leads (past inquiries/guests, planners, location scouts) • Goal: re-engage the list and drive new bookings for weddings and film/location rentals at our NYC venue For an experienced designer, we’d expect this initial phase to take roughly 6–10 hours, including revisions. If Phase 1 goes well, we plan to expand to ongoing campaigns and additional landmark NYC venues in our portfolio. What we need from you • Strong portfolio of email designs • Experience designing and building emails in Go High Level (or similar ESPs) • Ability to create clean, modern, mobile-responsive layouts that match our “affordable luxury with an irreverent edge” vibe • Familiarity with best practices (CTAs, hierarchy, image/text balance, basic sequencing) • Copywriting is a plus, but not required (we’ll supply the main text) Please apply with: 1. 3–5 examples of email campaigns you’ve designed 2.
