Email Designer for High-Growth eCommerce Brands (Figma Expert) - Contract to Hire

We’re a fast-growing email marketing agency that’s driven $10M+ in revenue for ecommerce brands. We’re now expanding and looking for a top-tier Email Designer to join our creative team. You’ll be designing conversion-focused email campaigns and flows for DTC brands in industries like fashion, skincare, wellness, and lifestyle. If you’re creative, strategic, and know how to balance visual design with revenue-driving CTAs, we want to hear from you. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Design scroll-stopping mobile-first emails in Figma • Translate briefs or wireframes into punchy, high-converting layouts • Create modular assets for Klaviyo campaigns and flows • Work with copywriters + developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution • Stay up to date with ecommerce trends and email design best practices ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience designing ecommerce emails (Klaviyo experience is a plus) • Strong Figma skills – this is where we do all our design • Understanding of email structure, CTA placement, and conversion-focused layouts • Able to deliver clean assets and iterate quickly based on feedback • Access to strong portfolio of past work ⸻ Bonus If You Have: • Motion/GIF design for email • Knowledge of deliverability/image optimization best practices • Experience designing full flows (Welcome, Abandon Cart, etc.) ⸻ Project Type: Long-Term | 20–40 hrs/week | Ongoing work We’re looking to build a long-term relationship with the right person.
