The Opportunity My Fit Foods is searching for an elite Klaviyo specialist to take command of our email and SMS lifecycle. This isn’t back-office work, this is frontline communication with the power to impact lives. You’ll become the voice of our brand, crafting human, engaging, mission-aligned messaging that drives healthier decisions and builds an unbreakable connection with our customers. As we scale from 10 stores to 100, the right person will grow with us. What You’ll Do • Build and optimize email, SMS, and push campaigns in Klaviyo • Create automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, churn prevention, winback, education) • Write clear, fun, human messaging that strengthens customer connection • Own segmentation and lifecycle strategy to improve retention and LTV • Run A/B tests and make fast, data-backed optimization decisions • Build surveys, quizzes, and customer feedback flows with Typeform • Automate data syncs and touchpoints through Zapier • Collaborate closely with Design, Operations, and the CEO to align messaging What You Bring (Prioritized) • Strong writing skills with a friendly, persuasive, human tone • Passion for fitness, nutrition, and health-focused brands • 1–2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience • Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing able to design, execute, and optimize every stage of the customer journey from acquisition to retention • Expert-level segmentation skills: dynamic audiences, behavioral triggers, predictive analytics, and micro-targeting at scale • Strong interpretation skills, able to analyze patterns, behavior, and performance metrics to identify what customers need next • Experience with Zapier (automation) and Typeform (forms/surveys) • Ownership mindset and high personal standards • Performance-driven approach tied to retention, engagement, and repeat purchases Why Join My Fit Foods • Own the lifecycle engine for a high-growth national brand • Direct collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership • Massive growth potential as we expand nationwide • Full medical, dental, vision, PTO • Meal & supplement discounts • A fast, fitness-focused, mission-driven team environment Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • What does ‘living the lifestyle’ mean to you, and how do your daily habits reflect your fitness and nutrition goals? • Why do you believe you’re the right fit for this role at My Fit Foods? • What were the main responsibilities you owned in your previous lifecycle marketing role campaigns, automations, segmentation, reporting, etc.? • In your previous roles, how much ownership did you have over lifecycle marketing?
