What You Will Be Doing
• Conducting dynamic morning kickoffs that set the tone for success.
• Engaging in personalized motivation sessions, fostering both academic and personal growth.
• Leading life skill workshops that integrate storytelling and interactive coaching.
• Directing focused athletic practices that instill grit and teamwork.
• Monitoring and upholding high standards for student performance and mindset.
What You Won’t Be Doing
• Traditional classroom teaching.
• Passively observing from the sidelines.
• Conducting aimless, unstructured practices.
• Handling administrative paperwork or grading.
• Coaching non-competitive athletes.
Elite Sports Mentor Key Responsibilities
Mentor and inspire student-athletes through immersive coaching, driving both academic excellence and life skill mastery through the discipline of elite sports.
Basic Requirements
• Elite athletic background: Olympians, World Champions, pro league players, or NCAA Division I All-Americans.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in using sports as a medium for life skills coaching.
• Proven motivational leadership in various settings.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
