β€’ Manage and nurture relationships with prospective clients through strategic follow-ups, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to final sale.
β€’ Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track lead activity, update client information, and analyze sales performance metrics.
β€’ Conduct thorough market research and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.

β€’ Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to confidently address client objections and position our solutions as the best fit.

β€’ Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or business development within B2B environments.
β€’ Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account management responsibilities.
β€’ Expertise in technology sales, product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales strategies.
β€’ Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management.
β€’ Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
