Job Title: School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Fremont, CA (K-12 Caseload)

Now Hiring! We are actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with K-12 students, supporting them through behavior interventions and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for K-12 students, identifying target behaviors and developing personalized intervention strategies.
Create, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student behavior concerns.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to provide behavioral support and ensure successful implementation of interventions.
Participate in IEP meetings to discuss behavior plans, goals, and student progress.
Provide training and guidance to school personnel on effective behavior management techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress and behavioral data.
Adjust intervention plans based on ongoing monitoring and student outcomes.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification
Experience working in a school setting or with K-12 students (preferred)
Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and behavior plan development
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively with students, teachers, and families
