• Foster social and emotional development alongside academic achievement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in remote and elementary education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of recent, relevant experience teaching elementary-level students (except special education).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong commitment to clarity and empathy.
• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspire young learners in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and classroom management abilities.
• Experience adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Proficiency with remote learning tools and educational technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Recognition or awards for excellence in teaching or innovation in education.
• Advanced training or certifications in curriculum development or educational technology.
• Experience creating or contributing to educational content beyond the classroom.
