Preferred Experience for Elementary Tutors: β’ Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education or related field. β’ Minimum one year of experience teaching elementary reading, phonics, and literacy. β’ Expertise in teaching foundational reading skills and working with students with learning disabilities (e.g., Dyslexia) is highly desirable. β’ Availability during afternoons or evenings for weekly tutoring sessions. β’ Preference giving to applicants residing in Bentonville, Rogers, and neighboring communities.
