A Massachusetts-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Masters degree is sought to provide remote speech-language services to K12 students. This contract role supports elementary and middle school children through 1:1 virtual sessions, utilizing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meets. The position offers a flexible schedule centered on delivering quality care from home, ideal for clinicians valuing consistent hours and worklife balance.

Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged children.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Delivering therapeutic interventions remotely, maintaining engagement through telepractice methods.
• Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to support student progress.
• Documenting session notes and tracking student outcomes accurately and timely within system requirements.

Desired qualifications and experience:
• Hold a valid Massachusetts state license for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Possess a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience providing speech-language therapy in educational settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations.
• Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meets.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
