Elementary English School Teacher, Remote EST/CST Time Zone (3rd- 5th Grade)

About the Position: Only accepting applicants who live in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) and who permanently live in the United States We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Online English Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will teach English classes to 3rd-5th grade students in both group and one-on-one settings during 5:00 a.m. and 6:30am EST. This position requires teaching English Language Arts which is a core elements of the curriculum. You’ll plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support literacy development and align with students’ learning needs and interests. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, while using diverse instructional strategies to foster communication skills, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. Primary Responsibilities: • Teach literacy skills to support students’ reading, writing, and language development • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs, interest, and abilities of each student • Develop and implement curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments • Utilize a variety of instructional methods and performance-based assessments to promote creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth Qualifications: • Only accepting applicants who live in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) and who permanently live in the United States • Hold a bachelor’s degree in English or a related field • Minimum 1 years in a formal teaching role (excluding substitute teaching) teaching English Language Arts to 3rd-5th grade students • 1 year teaching online or virtually • Available to work early mornings and Saturdays or Sundays • Experience in creating and developing lesson plans and curriculum is a plus Perks: • Flexible schedule that works around your other responsibilities • Opportunity for growth and advancement, including the potential to increase hours and transition into a full-time role in the future • Fun, collaborative, and creative work environment Compensation: $25 - $45 an hour based on experience and qualifications Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 01 – 25 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
