The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience, scalable operations, and strategic financial oversight. This includes leading key executives and functions in both North America and Europe, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering collaboration across teams. The COO will also be tasked with setting and tracking KPIs, reporting company performance to the President and Board of Directors, and owning all aspects of the customer experience from onboarding to expansion. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
