This is a remote position. Job Highlights Contract: Independent Contractor Schedule: Full-time remote position working Australian business hours (9am-5pm AEST) Responsibilities: Assist day-to-day operations of the estimation team Complete electrical infrastructure project estimations and pricing using Excel Prepare tender letters and documentation in Word Develop and manage project programs using Microsoft Projects Support estimation processes for electricity distribution network projects Collaborate with existing estimators on project assessments Provide technical expertise for electrical infrastructure projects Scope: Focus on electrical infrastructure estimation and project support Work primarily on electricity distribution network projects in Sydney metropolitan area Collaborate with existing estimation team members Support level one accredited service provider operations Immediate start required due to urgent business needs Requirements Electrical engineering qualification/degree Experience in electrical infrastructure space and projects Proficient in Microsoft Projects for program development and management Advanced Excel skills for estimation and pricing work Strong Word processing skills for tender letter preparation Comprehensive Microsoft Office suite proficiency Understanding of electricity distribution networks (Endeavor Energy and Ausgrid experience preferred) Strong communication skills for remote collaboration Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
